Mike Dybala has a passion for teaching and mentorship. After college, he tutored local students for college entrance exams and the MCAT with excellent results. He also headed a large student employment service at Harvard College, overseeing 300+ employees during the school year.
In medical school, Mike scored a 263 on USMLE Step 1 and 272 on USMLE Step 2 CK. He has honored each shelf exam, scoring >90th percentile on exams for all required clerkships and was elected a member of Alpha Omega Alpha.
In his free time, Mike enjoys playing soccer and running, spending time with his girlfriend Meg and their dog Ollie. His tutoring philosophy is founded on the long-term manifestation of everyday effort — day-to-day discipline is critical in achieving long-term goals.
